See what showing up
adds up to.
A clearer view of the sessions you completed, the habits you kept, and the momentum you are building.
Show up. Again.
Workouts and nutrition, one day at a time.
Momentum, made visible
Look beyond one workout.
A training calendar connects individual days to the bigger pattern, without reducing your work to one number.
- 01
See active days
Review when workouts and nutrition entries were recorded.
- 02
Follow your streak
Use consistency as a prompt to keep going, not a reason to ignore recovery.
- 03
Review the detail
Open the underlying sessions to understand what changed over time.
What matters
Progress has more than one shape.
Some days are heavy sessions. Others are lighter, shorter, or focused on recovery. The calendar helps you see the pattern, while your workout history provides the detail behind it. The example calendar is illustrative, not live member data.
Questions worth asking
Good to know.
What appears on the training calendar?
The calendar can show workout and nutrition activity so you can review when you logged each kind of entry.
Is a streak the same thing as fitness progress?
No. A streak describes consistency, not health or performance by itself. Recovery and appropriate training matter too.
