Quick answers
Get back to your training.
If these steps do not solve the issue, email support with screenshots when possible. Avoid including sensitive credentials.
I cannot sign in or did not receive a verification code.+
Confirm the phone number or email is entered correctly, check filtered or blocked messages, wait briefly, and request a new code. Only the newest code may work. Never share a one-time password with anyone—including someone claiming to be MaxRep support.
If messages still do not arrive, contact hello@maxrep.me and include your country, mobile carrier, and device type.
A workout, set, PR, or streak looks incorrect.+
Open the relevant workout and confirm its exercises, sets, date, and completion status. Progress totals and personal records depend on saved workout data. If the values still look wrong, send us the workout date and the result you expected.
My AI meal estimate is not accurate.+
Photo and voice results are estimates. Review the detected foods, quantities, calories, and macros before saving. Clear photos, visible ingredients, and specific portion descriptions improve results. Nutrition estimates are informational and are not medical advice.
How do I report unwanted community activity?+
Use the available report or blocking controls in the relevant profile, post, comment, group, or conversation. For urgent review, email us with the username, group or post involved, and screenshots. Do not engage with suspected scams or share verification codes.
How do I request account or data deletion?+
Email hello@maxrep.me from the address associated with your account and use the subject “MaxRep Account Deletion Request.” We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do SMS messages and one-time passwords work?+
MaxRep may send transactional messages to verify access, protect your account, or complete an action you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Review the SMS Opt-In Terms for consent, help, and opt-out information.
For medical or immediate safety concerns
MaxRep does not provide medical diagnosis or emergency services. Stop exercising and contact a qualified healthcare professional if you are injured or unwell. For an emergency or immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
